We would definitely recommend Rick Nichols to anyone looking to buy a house in the Sun City West area. We were coming in from out of state and he previewed quite a few homes for us and sent us videos before we got to town. He was very helpful throughout the whole process of buying our home in Sun City West. He went above and beyond the call of duty on many, many occasions during the entire process. He did everything to make the process easier for us from contacting the home inspector and recommending a home insurance agent and landscaper, to name a few.
