Rick Nichols is licensed in Arizona as a real estate agent. He was licensed in the spring of 2010 and has been affiliated with HomeSmart, since that time. Nichols brings a high level of experience establishing high customer service standards, personal ethics, work ethic, marketing skills and professionalism to his real estate transactions. These are traits learned in over 30 years in sports administration, marketing and operations.

Prior Professional Experience
Nichols has been a key front office executive with three NFL teams, (Houston Oilers, Denver Broncos and the Arizona Cardinals). The Oilers twice appeared in the AFC Championship Game only to lose the eventual Super Bowl Champions, the Pittsburgh Steelers. The Broncos won two NFL Championships while Nichols was a senior member of the executive staff. Nichols worked for the Cardinals for over two seasons.

In 2005, at co-owner John Elway's request, Nichols assisted the Colorado Crush of the Arena Football League, as they captured an AFL Championship. While with Broomfield Sports, as EVP/COO, Nichols was responsible for both the Colorado 14ers in the NBADL and the Rocky Mountain Rage, of the CHL. The 14ers went to the NBADL League Championship game and the Rocky Mountain Rage, rebounded from an expansion year record to the playoffs during his stewardship. While with the World League of American Football, Nichols teamed up with a football staff headed by then Head Coach Chan Gailey, who took the Birmingham Fire to a playoff appearance.

Nichols sports career has been highlighted by being awarded three World Championship Rings; (SB XXXII, SB XXXIII and the 2005 AFL Arena Bowl), as recognition of contributions to those organization's championship efforts.
"Being associated with championship organizations has been a blessing, and I have learned so much in each situation. It was a privilege to be part of those organizations who had outstanding owners, athletes, coaches, front office executives and staff's." said Nichols.

TESTIMONIALS
Rick is definitely a professional in all ways. In addition, he went beyond the standard numerous times - even to polishing the front door before an open house. He knew his market, he knew his buyers, and his relationship with other agents was certainly an asset.
PAT MERRILL
If you've ever wanted a real estate agent to look out for YOU, Rick is the one. From the very beginning, we felt he was handling the whole process as if the house was his own personal purchase. He kept us in the loop and there was never a time that we didn't know what was going on or what the next step would be.
